Can you act as a vendor in a Uruguayan public tender?
Yes: we are based in Montevideo, we invoice locally and we contract under Uruguayan law, so we meet the domicile requirements of local public procurement. What is the difference between "Drupal Association member" and "Drupal Certified Partner"?
Drupal Association membership is an annual fee that grants the right to display a logo; Drupal Certified Partner status is granted by the Association itself and rests on verified contribution to the project. We are a Bronze Certified Partner, and our public drupal.org profile states it: it is the one credential here that does not depend on taking our word for it.
We have an older Drupal running. Can it be migrated without rebuilding everything?
Generally yes, and the starting point is an audit of the current site: contributed modules, customisations, content and traffic. We work with current Drupal versions and we migrate from earlier ones — Banco Santander Uruguay's portal is one of those, and its case study is published on drupal.org. What we do not do is promise a migration before looking at the site.
