The challenge
A mutual benefit society with more than 75 years of history and about 1,350 members, with critical processes running on scattered spreadsheets and physical files, and a new generation of members who expect to resolve everything from their phone — 98% use WhatsApp as their main channel.
What we did
A clinical management system with differentiated profiles (subsidized care for professional footballers / private patients), a specialty-based appointment schedule with one-click front-desk check-in, sports medical records with strict role-based visibility, an automated no-show management engine, and preventive reminders by WhatsApp and email. Xternum led the transformation consulting; Kadabra designed and built the system.
A closed-scope system delivered in phases. An architecture ready to expand into other domains of the institution (administration, education).[VALIDAR] Production go-live status pending confirmation before publishing figures.
