The challenge
Bring legislative activity closer to citizens: plain language, intelligent search across massive document volumes, open data and accessibility — on the most visible project in Uruguay's public sector, driven by the Senate's Presidency.
What we did
A complete redesign of the experience and information architecture; AI components built as services decoupled from the CMS that process and index documents against Elasticsearch; an interactive React search interface; open data with export; accessible live streaming; CI/CD on OpenShift.
